1) TGKI Jogja distributed logistics to various refugee camps, for example in Kemutri, Tajem; Dukuh Donokerto-Turi; Papringan; GKJ Ambarukmo; GKJ Gumuk; the hamlet next to Puri Gejayan; Cepit Baru

2) Tim GKI Jogja as usual distributed the rice packets and logistic for the refugees in: Adisucipto post; Prambanan; Prayan; Jambusari; Paroki Banteng.

3) The medical team is doing well in the Sleman-Muntilan region; the medical team had tended 150 patients in 4 villages, today is similar, 150 patients in 2 villages in Muntilan.

4) In the meeting in the Kilen palace lead by GKR Hemas and GKR Pembayun, her daughter, aside from TGKI Jogja there were also a number of 18-20 other volunteer teams, for example Universitas Sadhar, FPUB, Mitra Wacana, Tagana, Budi Wahana, USAID, LKIS, Ansor, PB NU, PP Muhammadiyah, Karang Taruna Se DIY, BMI, Muslimah, PP Aisyiah, Mataram Yogja, Malioboro merchants, City official from DIY, Farm and Animal department, trans-religion figures, etc.

5) TGKI Jogja shared

a. The present activities and future plans.

b. That TGKI Jogja has networked with all the others.

c. Such meetings will be held annually with the representatives from the palace.

6) TGKI Jogja is preparing the concept of shelter for refugees who lost their homes or for those who have to refuge for months.

7) TGKI Jogja requested the willingness of the palace to give land for the construction of shelters for the “homeless” refugees, especially for the refugees in TGKI Jogja’s command post, so they can live together and closer as a family.

8) Communal kitchen that was originally conducted in the church will be stopped starting Monday.

9) As a replacement TGKI Jogja utilized the communal kitchen in the refugee camp and switched into giving logistical support.

10) The concept “from refugee for refugee” is applied. More refugees are employed as volunteers for TGKI Jogja. At the moment there are only a handful of them.

11) Trauma healing services is developed further for children, teenagers, women, etc.

12) Next week the women will learn to cook so they can build their own communal kitchen.

13) Children are given tutoring aside from playing.

14) The children in TGKI’s post had joined the school in SD Berbah.

15) Sunday the UKRIDA doctor team is resting.
